Let me start out by saying I need to get some more followers lol....
Well today I decided was the first day in my journey to a healthier happier life.
I have alot of weight to loose! And I have quit trying to blame everything else in my life for my weight... I know that to get to where I want to be I must do a complete transformation! I need a life style change! Ahh....The thought that I have to change so much in my life is scary! But I am ready to take on the battle! I want to win this fight not let it win me. It is time for me to get back to ME...Not have It take me over.
